Once email archiving is enabled for a user, a copy of all emails sent/received by the user gets auto-archived. Users can authenticate themselves and access email archives using the same credentials as their mailbox.
Both administrators and end-users can launch an extensive search on the archived email data via browser clients or from MS Outlook. The mail archival tool will display mails that match the search criteria which can be downloaded in .PST or .EML formats.
